What the agent does
- Runs the full A/P Ledger Method sequence: builds the 1099 workfile (R04514FP) and writes 1099 media (P04515 → R045151).
- Monitors the job queues and pulls the facsimile PDF when the batch lands.
- Parses the facsimile and generates one IRS-compliant 1099 form per supplier from the official template.
- Emails the batch to your reviewer, forms attached and named per supplier.
- Logs every job number, batch and form. A week of January closes in one run.
Guardrails
- Batch jobs run with your versions and data selection. Nothing in AP data is changed.
- Forms carry JDE's own facsimile totals; nothing is recomputed outside the system.
- Delivery can be staged for a human check before anything leaves the building.
- The full run, from workfile to sent forms, is recorded in the audit trail.
