Integration Agent. Two systems, one agent, exceptions managed.
The agent has access to both systems and moves data between them automatically: mapping, validating, and de-duplicating before anything touches E1. Exceptions become held records, and the agent runs the email workflow with your administrator until the issue is resolved.

What the agent does
- Connects to both sides: the external system (CRM, EDI, 3PL, bank portal) via API, files or portal export, and E1 via AIS REST or the web client.
- Maps, validates and de-duplicates every record before anything touches JD Edwards.
- Creates and posts valid records in E1. Nothing invalid gets keyed.
- Turns every failed record into a held record with the reason attached, and runs the email workflow with your administrator, numbered options included, until it's resolved.
- Re-runs resolved records and confirms the final state in E1.
- Ends each run with a sync report tied to JDE keys.
Guardrails
- Held records are visible in JDE, not lost in a log file.
- A human decides every correction; the agent executes the reply.
- Built to order for your interface; the exception loop and audit trail come standard.
